私の給与の支払いの件で、ご相談します。
2016年1月1日付けの顧問契約に基づき、1月から12月までの12ヶ月分の給与120万円（12ヶ月×10万円/月＝120万円）の支払いを2017年1月に実行することは、山田さんが承認したとおりです。
この支払いに関連して、私がすべきことがあれば事前にご連絡願います。なお、私は、これまでSAPから現金を受け取ったことはありません。
また、この支払いがいつ実行されるかを教えていただければ幸いです。

I would like to talk to you about the payment of my compensation.
Based on the advisory contract which was closed on January 1st, 2016, the execution of the payment for the total compensation from January to December, 1,200,000 JPY (12 months x 100,000 JPY/month = 1,200,000JPY) is conducted in January, 2017, which was approved by Mr. Yamada.
Regarding this payment, please let me know if there is anything I need to take action for in advance. And I have never received any cash from SAP.
Also I would appreciate if you can tell me when the payment will be executed.

Please let me know if I need to do in advance regarding this payment. Please note I have never received money from SAP.
