私の給与の支払いの件で、ご相談します。
2016年1月1日付けの顧問契約に基づき、1月から12月までの12ヶ月分の給与120万円（12ヶ月×10万円/月＝120万円）の支払いを2017年1月に実行することは、山田さんが承認したとおりです。
この支払いに関連して、私がすべきことがあれば事前にご連絡願います。なお、私は、これまでSAPから現金を受け取ったことはありません。
また、この支払いがいつ実行されるかを教えていただければ幸いです。
