アイテムナンバー～～に関して、eBay外取引への誘導が原因と伺っております。
前回、ebay外取引きへの誘導の警告をもらった時から、スタッフ一同特に注意しておりました。
しかし今回のケースでは、お客様から分割払いの強い要望があったために、Paypalでの直接取引きをさせて頂きました。
このこともebayの規約やポリシーに違反していたのであれば、最優先で改善し、もう二度と行わないと誓います。

Regarding item number ~~, we believe the cause is the introduction to transactions outside ebay.
Previously, when we receive warning about introduction to transactions outside ebay, all of our staff were especially cautious.
However for the current case, because the customer strongly requested to make payment by installments, then we asked them to do the payment directly viaPaypal.
If this is in violation to ebay's agreement and policy, then we will fix this with our maximum priority to ensure it will never happen again.

All our staffs gave our extra attentions since we received warning of induction to the outside of eBay marketing.
However, following our customer's strong request of payment in installments, we had direct deal by Paypal.
We promise to make an improvement with the highest priority and never to do the same if the situation also went against eBay rules and policy.

I have learned that the problem of the item number XX was caused by the induction to off-eBay trading.
I did warn all the staff since I got the warning of the induction to off-eBay trading before.
In this case, however, we had direct deal with you in Paypal because there was a strong demand of the installment payment from you.
If the case would violate eBay's regulation and policy, we will improve our service with highest priority in order to prevent repeating the same mistake.
