アイテムナンバー～～に関して、eBay外取引への誘導が原因と伺っております。

前回、ebay外取引きへの誘導の警告をもらった時から、スタッフ一同特に注意しておりました。

しかし今回のケースでは、お客様から分割払いの強い要望があったために、Paypalでの直接取引きをさせて頂きました。

このこともebayの規約やポリシーに違反していたのであれば、最優先で改善し、もう二度と行わないと誓います。

However, in this articular case, the customer strongly requested to make payment by installments, we dealt with the customer directly by PayPal.

If this transaction also infringes the rule and the policy of eBay, I will improve this prior to everything else, and I promise never to do this again.
