All our staffs gave our extra attentions since we received warning of induction to the outside of eBay marketing.
However, following our customer's strong request of payment in installments, we had direct deal by Paypal.
We promise to make an improvement with the highest priority and never to do the same if the situation also went against eBay rules and policy.
