First, I can issue a receipt for 12,000 JPY.
I will attach the picture image of the receipt to an email and will send it to you later.
Please print out the attached receipt by yourself.
Next, regarding sending the item again, I can also do that.
In that case, you need pay additional 5,300 JPY as the shipping fee.
Regarding the payment method, we will make a new page "Shipping Fee" which is set up for the item price 5,300 JPY in order to avoid the double settlement of the debit card.
We would like you to go through your order from the page. Would it be fine with you?

As for resending the item, I can do so.
In that case, you have to pay 5,300 Yen additionally as shipping charge.
