I understand the circumstance that the product did not get through the custom and will be returned by then.
First, the receipt of 12,000 yen can be issued. The picture of receipt will be sent to you right away as you can print it out .

Next the product can be reship but you have to pay extra fee of 5,300 yen in that case.

About the procedure, in order not to double settlement debit card, I will set up the product page named [shipping fee] with the value of 5,300 yen on my side. Then could you make the order procedure at that page?
