先日商品のリターンリクエストを受けました。
商品説明にはしっかり記入してあり写真もわかるように複数枚載せていました。
タイトルに18kと記入してますが留め金が18kなのも事実です。
メインの素材にもスターリングシルバーと表記してあったにも関わらず説明文と違う!
これは18kではない!返金しないとエスカレーションする!と言われその後しばらくやり取りを
した後、返金しました。

Buyer bought the item without reading the description and I did refund but not getting item back.
