こんにちは。英語を話すのが苦手な為メールでお願いします。
先日商品のリターンリクエストを受けました。
商品説明にはしっかり記入してあり写真もわかるように複数枚載せていました。
タイトルに18ｋと記入してますが留め金が18ｋなのも事実です。
メインの素材にもスターリングシルバーと表記してあったにも関わらず説明文と違う！
これは18ｋではない！返金しないとエスカレーションする！と言われその後しばらくやり取りを
した後、返金しました。

I'm writing to you since I'm not good at speaking English.
The other day, I got a return request of an item.
The item description was thorough and I put many pictures of the item for clarification.
The title says 18k and the catch is 18k as well without any doubt.
The customer insisted that the main material was not sterling silver as described and that the material was not 18k saying that he would escalate the issue if I didn't agree to a refund.
After a couple of communications, I made a refund to him.
