私は今商品もお金も取られている状態です。
私の対応は間違っていましたか？私の商品とお金は帰ってこないのでしょうか？
商品説明も読まないで購入し、返金しても商品は返品してくれません。
このような悪質なバイヤーには今後どのように対応していけば良いのでしょうか？
私は日本でも数少ない中古高級ブランドの卸業者をしています。
ebayでリミットが上がったらストア登録をして時計やバックなど高額商品を販売していこうと思ってました。しかしこのような詐欺がまかり通るのなら安心して今後販売できません。
私はどうすれば良いですか？教えてください。

Will my money and item come back?
Buyer bought the item without reading the description and I did refund but not getting item back.
How should I deal with this kind of bad buyer?
I am a distributor of used high brand in Japan.
I was thinking of selling watches,bags, and other high brand goods after the limit goes up.
But I can not be selling in this kind of condition.
What should I do? Please tell me.
