こんにちは。英語を話すのが苦手な為メールでお願いします。
先日商品のリターンリクエストを受けました。
商品説明にはしっかり記入してあり写真もわかるように複数枚載せていました。
タイトルに18ｋと記入してますが留め金が18ｋなのも事実です。
メインの素材にもスターリングシルバーと表記してあったにも関わらず説明文と違う！
これは18ｋではない！返金しないとエスカレーションする！と言われその後しばらくやり取りを
した後、返金しました。
