この場合でも商品説明と違うでリターンリクエストを受けたらこちらで返品送料を負担しないといけないのですか?
また、商品代金を返金したのにも関わらず商品を返品してくれません。
私は先にバイヤーが商品を発送し、送料代金のレシートを写真で撮りトラッキングナンバーを教えてくれた後、送料をPayPalで送金すると伝えましたが聞き入れてくれません。
バイヤーは先に送料を払えと言いますが商品を送ってくれない可能性もあります。
先ほどバイヤーに問い合わせたらebayに問い合わせろと言われてしまいました
