半年ほど前にお客様に納品した商品です。
画像の通り、天板が反って、歪みが出てしまったとクレームが入りました。
初回入れの物ですが、弊社にてビスの本数は増やして、お客様に納品しております。
現在制作している物から早急に対策願います。

This is the product which we delivered about 6 months ago.
The customer complained that the top board wraped and was geting distorted according to the picture.
We firstly delivered the poroduct and increased the number of screws on our side, and delivered it to the customer.
Please take measures immediately from the product you are now producing.

This is regarding the item which I sent to a customer.
As the picture attached shows, we received the claim that the top panel is warped and distorted.
The particular item is one of the first delivery, but we used additional screws and delivered the item to the customer.
Please address this countermeasure on the items which you are now working on immediately.

This is the item we sold about 6 moth ago.
As you can see, the top is being bent, we received complains about the distortion.
We deliver added some screws to the item shipped for the first time .
Please improve the situation as soon as possible.

すみません。スペルミスです。１行目6 mothとなってしまってますが、6 months に訂正します。後、４行目We deliver added となってしまっていますが、We added some screws to the item shipped for the first time.とdeliverを削除します。
ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。
