半年ほど前にお客様に納品した商品です。
画像の通り、天板が反って、歪みが出てしまったとクレームが入りました。
初回入れの物ですが、弊社にてビスの本数は増やして、お客様に納品しております。
現在制作している物から早急に対策願います。

This is the item that I delivered to the client around 6 month ago.
As you may see on the image, the top board curved and warped, so I relieved the claim from the client.
It was the first delivered item, and we put some screws additionally and then we delivered it to the client.
Please deal with this issue from the items that you are producing now promptly.
