キャンセルすべき注文を誤ってケースオープンしてしまいました。
その後、キャンセル手続きをしてみたのですがケースがオープンされているのでキャンセルはできないとアラートが出てしまいます。
ケースオープンを取り下げて普通のキャンセルに変更することは可能でしょうか?

「国名」までの送料は、○○$なのでこの金額を省いた価格を記載しております。
