I will be on business trip to NY and SF to meet almost all CEO and CFO of P group in US from 2/7 to 2/15.
As you heard from Mr.N, I will visit your office at 5pm, on February 8th. I am looking forward to seeing you two. As I have next appointment, please allow me to leave your office at 17:45. Thanks.

I will be in New York and San Francisco to meet CEO and CFO of almost all P groups in USA between February 7th and 15th on business.

From February 7th to February 15th I will be on a business trip to NY and SF in order to meet essentially all CEOs and CFOs of P group.
