The mail has not arrived yet.
I am troubled not to be able to cope with insurance.
I have checked from Japanese Post Office to America.
The answer from America was that there was not an application of damaged package. That is what I am troubled.

The Japanese Post Office explained if I apply this EMS damage from me to the post office, automatically the documents will be sent to Japan and the documents will not be sent to me.
There is a discrepancy between our stories.
What is necessary is to apply a damage report.

Could you let me particularly when you went to the post office, the name of the post office (the name of the person in charge of), the number of the documents of that time, and so on?

I have not receive the e-mail yet.
I am in trouble since I cannot handled insurance.
The post office in Japan confirmed the post office in USA.
Their answer was that "post office in USA does not file "damage of item",
and I am in the inconvenience.

The post office in Japan said that if you report the damage caused by EMS this time to the post office,
it is automatically reported to Japan by document, and it is not sent to me.
Your explanation and explanation by post office are different.
What is necessary is to file a damage report.

Would you let me know the day when you went to the post office, name and person in charge of the post office and number of the document in more detail?

E-mail has not yet arrived.
We are in trouble because we can't correspond insurance
I checked to USA from Japan post office.
The answer is there is no application of "damaged luggage" from the post office of USA.

In explanation of the post office in Japan, If current EMS destroyed from you to post office,
the documents would be automatically sent to Japan and they don't send the document to me.
There is the differences between you and the post office in Japan
The damage report to be filed is necessary to be requested.

Could you tell me the detailed information; such as the date that you went to the post office, the name of the post office(if possible, the name of person in charge), and the documents number in this case?

I have not received the mail.
I am frustrated because I cannot file an insurance claim.
I confirmed with U.S. through Japan Post.
I am frustrated with the answer that they had not received a claim for a "damaged package" from USPS.

Based on what Japan Post explained, if you submit a claim for this damaged EMS to the post office, they automatically submit the claim report to Japan and they will not send me a copy of the claim.
There is some discrepancy between what Japan Post says and what you tell me.
What is important is to file a damage report.

Is there anyway you can give me more detailed information such as the date you went to the post office, the name of the post office (the name of the clerk if possible) and the receipt number of the document?

I haven't received your mail yet. I have to inform you that it is very inconvenient for me since I cannot handle my insurance paper without it. I've contacted with Japanese postal service from the United States. Their response was that there were no report(s) made that my package was damaged.

According to Japanese Postal Service, if I report the EMS damage to the postal service, the documents will automatically send to Japanese postal service. As result of this procedure, I won't get any documents.
There are a few differences between your story and Japanese Postal Service's. Our current priority is to prepare the report of damage and claim it.

Please let us know the date you went to the post office, the name/location of the post office( if you know the clerk's name who handled your mail, it will be great). I'll be appreciated if you can find out more detail of the documents such truck number(s).

I have not gotten the mail yet.
I cannot proceed with my insurance process and am very worried.
I had Japan's postal office confirm with U.S.
There answer was, the had not received any "Cargo damage" filed from the U.S. Postal office.

The Japanese Postal office also explained to me that if you filed for the EMS damage to the post office, the documents are automatically sent to the Japanese Postal office and will not be sent to me.
There is a difference in what you story and theirs.
What is necessary is a damage report to be filed.

Could you please help me out by telling me when you went to the post office, which post office you went to and any document numbers if any?
