I have not gotten the mail yet.
I cannot proceed with my insurance process and am very worried.
I had Japan's postal office confirm with U.S.
There answer was, the had not received any "Cargo damage" filed from the U.S. Postal office.

The Japanese Postal office also explained to me that if you filed for the EMS damage to the post office, the documents are automatically sent to the Japanese Postal office and will not be sent to me.
There is a difference in what you story and theirs.
What is necessary is a damage report to be filed.

Could you please help me out by telling me when you went to the post office, which post office you went to and any document numbers if any?
