現状、特に問題ありません。スイッチ類(とくにロータリースイッチ)は構造上、切り替え時にポップノイズが生じますが使用には問題ないかと存じます。

There is no particular issues at the moment. Structure-wise switches (rotary switch especially), a pop noise will occur when switched, but I believe it should not be a problem for using it.
Regarding the serial number, basically, I am not able to tell you all of it.
In contrast with the manufacturing record drawing on the product's shape, specification, and serial number "809xxx", it appears to have been manufactured as the xxxth in September 1998.
Please understand this is the furthest I am able to share the information with you.

Currently, there are no problems. Due to its structure, switches (especially the rotary switch) might generate a pop noise when you flip it. However, this should not be a problem during normal use.

Currently, there are no problems. The switches (especially rotary switch) make a popping noise when switching over due to their structures, but that should not be a problem.
