現状、特に問題ありません。スイッチ類（とくにロータリースイッチ）は構造上、切り替え時にポップノイズが生じますが使用には問題ないかと存じます。
シリアルナンバーについてですが基本的にすべてはお伝えできません。
形状やスペック、シリアルナンバー「８０９×××」から製造記録と照らし合わせると1998年9月×××本目の製造です。

There is no particular issues at the moment. Structure-wise switches (rotary switch especially), a pop noise will occur when switched, but I believe it should not be a problem for using it.
Regarding the serial number, basically, I am not able to tell you all of it.
In contrast with the manufacturing record drawing on the product's shape, specification, and serial number "809xxx", it appears to have been manufactured as the xxxth in September 1998.
