現状、特に問題ありません。スイッチ類（とくにロータリースイッチ）は構造上、切り替え時にポップノイズが生じますが使用には問題ないかと存じます。
シリアルナンバーについてですが基本的にすべてはお伝えできません。
形状やスペック、シリアルナンバー「８０９×××」から製造記録と照らし合わせると1998年9月×××本目の製造です。
