会議で次のような意見が出ました。
・Aを導入するには、専任のネイティブが必須だし、マネジメント研修の経験者も必要だ。現状の人材リソースだけでは難しい。
・Bは素早くはじめられそうだ。Cは理解しやすい。
この意見を受け、当社でもパートナー企業や人材の検討をしたいと思っていますので、少々お時間ください。
そしてBだけ、まずはローカライズするということが可能でしょうか?
今後のやりとりは、御社のセールス担当とやりとりした方がいいですか?
We had the following opinions in the meeting.
For introduction of A, we need a special native speaker and those who
have an experience in the management training. It is difficult to find these
kinds of people among the staff we have now.
We will be able to start B soon and C is easy to understand.
As we are going to discuss a partner company and the personnel based on these opinions, may we have a little more time?
May we localize only the B first?
Is it more appropriate for us to negotiate with a person in charge of the sales in your company hereafter?
I could use it in the borders meeting just the time limit before.
Like following opinion came out in the meeting.
・For introducing A, specialized native have to be assigned necessarily.
Also experienced one who have teached management education will be needed.
If the labor resources are only at this status, it will be weak.
・B will be started likely fast. C will be understood at easy.
To discuss about partner companies and labor resources in our inner meeting, Please give me a while time.
Before that,Could you localize only B at first time?
Could you be easy if i take communication with sales correspondents since after this?

・To introduce A in, professional management is necessary. It's difficult to only depend on the man source now.
