When we checked with Japan Post, we were told that it may take more than 3 weeks for delivery to some places.
(If it takes more than 1 month, it may be some kind of trouble.)

When I checked with the post office in Japan
they said that depending upon the destination it may take over 3 weeks to arrive.
(* Over 1 month is considered to then be a problem)

Can I ask that you check with the call center whether the goods have arrived using the delivery address?

According to Japan Post, it might take more than 3 weeks depending on the region which might be delivered. ( * if it takes more than a month, that might be a shipping trouble.)
