It was not convincing so I re-confirmed the bumper photograph that you have mailed the other day, but only the bumper was reflected in the photograph and the brackets were not there.

If the bumper was lost after you'd shipped it to DHL, I agree that it was partly my fault that I didn't get the insurance on it. However, you do bear the liability for the lost before you shipped it to DHL.
