納得いかないので、あなたが先日メールしてくれたバンパーの写真を再度確認しましたが、写真にはbracketsは写っておらず、バンパーのみの写真だった。
ということは、bracketsの存在に気がつかずDHLに渡す前にbracketsを梱包材などと間違えて捨ててしまったんじゃないですか？
