I will try my best to solve the problem. However, as the shipment was not with tracking service, it is impossible to know where it is currently.
I inquired to the Post Office from where I shipped it, and I am checking if it arrived to elsewhere.

The item was undoubtedly shipped on Dec 24th. (We have the receipt at that time.)
However, as we have not ship with a tracking number, we don't know where the item is now.
We are contacting to the post office which we shipped or confirming whether the item has shipped at an another address.
It would be helpful if you could confirm to the nearest post office whether an item from Japan has been got there.

I am sure we have shipped the item on Dec. 24 (we have the receipt of shipment).
However, we don’t know whereabouts of it now since the shipment is without the tracking number.
