品物が届いていないことを知り驚きました。
ご迷惑をお掛けして申しわけありません。

私は問題解決に最善を尽くします。
商品は12月24日に確かに発送はしています（その時の領収書はあります）。
しかし、追跡番号つきの発送方法ではなかったので、現在荷物がどこにあるのかがわかりません。
発送した郵便局に連絡したり、また、別の住所へ届いていないかの確認作業をいるところです。
あなたのお近くの郵便局にも、日本からの荷物が来ていないかどうかの確認をしてみていただけると助かります。

I was surprised that you haven't get the item.

We will do our best to solve the problem.
The item was undoubtedly shipped on Dec 24th. (We have the receipt at that time.)
However, as we have not ship with a tracking number, we don't know where the item is now.
We are contacting to the post office which we shipped or confirming whether the item has shipped at an another address.
It would be helpful if you could confirm to the nearest post office whether an item from Japan has been got there.
