今回発生させた規約違反の内容:
詳細ページに掲載されている商品とバージョンが異なったり、同一商品ではない仕様の商品を継続的に出品され、出品規約に違反してしましました。
ご購入者様から「正規品ではない」ということでご指摘をいただきました。
大変なご迷惑をお掛けしてしまい本当に申し訳ございませんでした。
今回発生させた規約違反の原因:
原因1. 正規品であることを確認ができない商品であったため
原因2. 仕入元の情報をしっかりと確認していなかった
原因3. 初めての出品でよく分かっていなかった
The product listed in detailed page and its version are different and product of specification that is not the same prodcut has been continuously exhibited, which means that it violated regulation of exhibiting products.
Person who purchased it indicated that "it is not a legal product".
We are very sorry that we have give you tremendous trouble to you.
Cause for violation of regulation that happened this time:
1. It is a product that we could not confirm it is a legal product.
2. We have not checked information about from which we purchased.
3. It was our first time to exhibit product where we did not understand the situation well.
Version of items listed on the detail page is different ,and I have selled continuously the goods of the specification are not the same product.
So,I have been in violation of the Terms of Selling.
We received pointed out in that "not a regular goods" from the buyer.
I apologize for the great annoyance,really sorry.
Cause of the violations that caused this time:
Cause 1.
Because it was a product which can not confirm that it is regular goods
Cause 2.
I was not absolutely sure of the information of suppliers
Cause 3.
I had not known well about Buying because the first time
同じ違反を起こさないための具体的な改善策:
原因1の対策. 今後はこの商品の取扱を停止します
原因2の対策. 仕入元は価格で選ぶのではなく、信頼出来る流通から購入します
原因3の対策. 参加規約、及び出品規約を今一度詳細に確認します
改善策を実施した場合の効果:
・お客様に不快な思いをさせない、健全な運営を可能とします
・「顧客満足指数」の向上

Measure for cause 1: We stop to handle this product from now.
Measure for cause 2: We do not select the company from which we purchase by price.
We purchase from distribution that we can trust.
Measure for cause 3: We check participation regulation and regulation of exhibiting products once in detail.

We enable sound management not to make customers feel uncomfortable.
We improve "index of customer satisfaction".

- Plan for Reason 2... We won't choose our supplier from the product price. We will purchase products only from a trustful distributor.
- Plan for Reason 3... We will check again our participating rule and supplying regulation.
