I have received the cup and saucer which I have won the bid from you.
However, the items were broken, because they were not properly packed.
I asked you to make sure to pack them properly so that things would not get broken.

I run a shop of antiquities in Japan. I can not sell them as A classe items.

The cup and saucer I made successful bid for your auction have been arrived and delivered.
However, these were broken apart because of poor packing.
I should have requested you to pack the item with great care “for not to be broken apart”.


I am operating the antique shop in Japan. These broken items cannot be sold as the A class.

The cups and saucers of my successful bid have arrived. However, they are broken becasue they have not been wrapped properly, like how I asked.

I am running an antique shop in Japan, and this item cannot be sold as an A Class item.
