The cup and saucer I made successful bid for your auction have been arrived and delivered.
However, these were broken apart because of poor packing.
I should have requested you to pack the item with great care “for not to be broken apart”.
I am operating the antique shop in Japan. These broken items cannot be sold as the A class.
I was disappointed very much since I was looking forward to the delivery of items.
With this incident, I cannot leave the positive feedback of your shop.
