The cups and saucers of my successful bid have arrived. However, they are broken becasue they have not been wrapped properly, like how I asked.

I am running an antique shop in Japan, and this item cannot be sold as an A Class item.
It is really unfortunate especially when I was really looking forward to receiving them.
I cannot give you any positive evaluations by the look of it.
Please either send me alternative items as replacements, or refund the 60 dollards back to me
