■このframeworkは個人の行動を上手く説明していると思う。仕事上で会社の業績が悪かったりなど不快な圧力やストレスに対処するために、社長や上司は子どものような態度や行動をとると思う。マネージャーや社員はこのような態度に対処するのは本当に大変だと思う。
■その社長は会社で決めた方針や計画なども気分でコロコロ変えてしまうし、新しい仕事もすぐ飽きて投げ出してしまう。そして途中で社長が投げ出した仕事を他の社員が引き継いで対応して問題が起きると、子どものように癇癪を起こす。
■That president keeps changing a policy and a plan agreed by the management. He easily gets bored and gives up the new project. When other employee resumes the new project gave up by the president and he faces with a trouble, the president ignites a temper as if he were ignorant child.
The president changes the policy and plan that were decided by the company without consideration. He or she gets sick and tired of the new work after a little while and stops it. If other employee takes over the work that the president gave up where a problem occurs, he or she gets angry as if he or she were a child.
■私なら、社長の問題ある行動や言動によって、ストレスを受けているときの対処法として、Seek communityをテクニックリストから選ぶ。やはり第3者に意見を求め解決方法を探ることが良いと思う。第3者は問題に対して客観的に判断できるからだ。
また、リストには無いが有効だと思うテクニックは、社長の言動があまりにも酷いときは、社長の行動を録音や録画をして残しておくべきである。そして労働組合で協議したり、または労働を管理する政府組織、法律関係の人に相談すべきだと思う。
Also, there's another unlisted but effective technique. When the words and behavior of the president is too rude, you should keep them in sound and visual recordings. And then, you should discuss the subject in a labor union and ask advice to governmental organizations for labor management or lawyers.
And as a technique which I suppose is effective, you should record president's behavior if his behavior is too unfair. You should discuss it in the labor union and confer with a general organization related to labor and a lawyer, I think.
The following is also an effective technique, though it is not in the list: When the boss behaves so terribly, you should record his behavior. Using it, you should discuss his behavior in the labor union or the governmental organization which manages the labor. Or you should consult with someone who has law career.
In addition, it is not in the technique list but it seems to be effective technique is to record the language and behavior of the president if those are considerably unreasonable. And, it may be better to discuss the matter in the labor association or seek consultation from the governmental organization overseeing the labor code or the legal resources.
