■このframeworkは個人の行動を上手く説明していると思う。仕事上で会社の業績が悪かったりなど不快な圧力やストレスに対処するために、社長や上司は子どものような態度や行動をとると思う。マネージャーや社員はこのような態度に対処するのは本当に大変だと思う。
■その社長は会社で決めた方針や計画なども気分でコロコロ変えてしまうし、新しい仕事もすぐ飽きて投げ出してしまう。そして途中で社長が投げ出した仕事を他の社員が引き継いで対応して問題が起きると、子どものように癇癪を起こす。
■This framework seems to explain an individual behavior successfully. A president and higher management may take childish behavior to evade an unwelcome pressure or stress resulting from underperformance of company’s achievement. The managers and employee may be trapped into very difficult situation to cooperate and work together in this kind of behaivior.
■That president keeps changing a policy and a plan agreed by the management. He easily gets bored and gives up the new project. When other employee resumes the new project gave up by the president and he faces with a trouble, the president ignites a temper as if he were ignorant child.
■私なら、社長の問題ある行動や言動によって、ストレスを受けているときの対処法として、Seek communityをテクニックリストから選ぶ。やはり第３者に意見を求め解決方法を探ることが良いと思う。第３者は問題に対して客観的に判断できるからだ。
また、リストには無いが有効だと思うテクニックは、社長の言動があまりにも酷いときは、社長の行動を録音や録画をして残しておくべきである。そして労働組合で協議したり、または労働を管理する政府組織、法律関係の人に相談すべきだと思う。
I choose Seek community in the technique list as a way of coping with the stress applied by the problem language and behavior of the boss. After all, I think it better to seek advice from the third person and to search for a solution. This is because the third person can determine the problem objectively.
The following is also an effective technique, though it is not in the list: When the boss behaves so terribly, you should record his behavior. Using it, you should discuss his behavior in the labor union or the governmental organization which manages the labor. Or you should consult with someone who has law career.
