■このframeworkは個人の行動を上手く説明していると思う。仕事上で会社の業績が悪かったりなど不快な圧力やストレスに対処するために、社長や上司は子どものような態度や行動をとると思う。マネージャーや社員はこのような態度に対処するのは本当に大変だと思う。
■その社長は会社で決めた方針や計画なども気分でコロコロ変えてしまうし、新しい仕事もすぐ飽きて投げ出してしまう。そして途中で社長が投げ出した仕事を他の社員が引き継いで対応して問題が起きると、子どものように癇癪を起こす。
This framework explains well how a person acts. The president and boss act as if they were a child to handle ill feeling when performance of the company in their works are not good and stress. It is indeed difficult for manager and employees to handle this act.
The president changes the policy and plan that were decided by the company without consideration. He or she gets sick and tired of the new work after a little while and stops it. If other employee takes over the work that the president gave up where a problem occurs, he or she gets angry as if he or she were a child.
