The graphs show the relationships between the volume of urine collection and the amount of water intake while breeding them in the metabolic cage for 24 hours at every 7 days. The urine content graph for SHR and 18rP showed almost identical amount between the intake and the discharge. WPr on the other hand, the amount in the urine content graph became smaller than the intake starting the 21st day. And, the content graph of 1rP started scattered around the prospected graph. We considered about change of average blood pressure in each phylesis.
About graphic No.4 a, it's showing 3 other phylesises except for 18rP, significantly increased in 28 days. Graph No.4 b shows the change of blood pressure caused by salt loading, which we set a controll on 0 th day which is before loading salt to each phylesises.
In the result, compare to after 28 days from salt loading, all phylesis's significant increase was approved.
