各系統内での血圧平均の変化について検討しました。
図4のaについて、18rP以外の3系統については、28日間で有意に上昇しました。
図4のbは、各系統の食塩負荷前である0日目をコントロールとして、食塩負荷による血圧の変化を調べたグラフです。
その結果、食塩負荷後28日目との比較では、すべての系統で有意な上昇が認められました。

This is the review of blood pressure fluctuation of each group. The graph 4a shows that the 3 groups except the 18 rP group showed the significant increase of blood pressure in 28 days. The graph 4b shows the blood pressure fluctuation on the salt loading while the day before starting the salt loading as the day zero or control. The graph shows that there is a significant increase of blood pressure for all groups on 28th days after starting the salt loading compared with the control.
