7日に一度、24時間メタボリックケージ内で飼育し、その間採取した尿量と飲んだ水の量との相関関係について示しました。
SHRと18rPでは、飲んだ分が尿に出ています。
WPrは、食塩負荷21日目から飲んだ分に比べ尿量は少なくなりました。
そして1rPは線形にばらつきがありました。
これについて、腎不全が疑われましたが、尿蛋白量で有意差がありませんでしたので、再現性を確かめる必要があります。

Once in every seven days the sample was raised in a metabolic cage, and, during that period, the relationship between the amount of urine and the amount of water intake was observed.
For SHR and 18rP, all the amount of water intake was excreted as urine.
For WPr, the amount of urine became smaller compared with the amount of water intake from 21 days after the addition of salt.
Concerning 1rP, the line shape scattered.
From these results, we thought the possibility of kidney failure; however, there was no significant difference in the amounts of protein abundance, so reproducibility of the data must be checked.
