まず、御社製品に付属していたACアダプターはPSEマークの表示がないので、販売する際に弊社で別のACアダプターに取り替える必要があります。

弊社で交換品を探してみたところ、付属していたACアダプターの規格に合致するものが見つかりません。そこで数値の近い「9V 1.3A」のものを用意しました。
それを使って実際に充電してみると、充電中に点灯するとにわずかに光が点滅してしまいます。

Firstly, the AC adapter coming with your product does not have PSE marking, so it has to be replaced with other AC adapter on our side.

We searched for the replacement, but could not find an AC adapter conforming to the original spec. As such, we procured one with the nearest spec, 9V 1.3A.
If we recharge the device using this adapter, the charging lamp slightly blinks.

To avoid misunderstanding and to make this issue being simple, I am going to explain the sequence of events again.

Firstly, AC adaptor provided with your product could not sell in Japan even it was an accessory of main product because there was no PSE mark affixed. Therefore, we needed to replace the AC adaptor with a different adaptor with PSE mark affixed.

Secondly, we looked for alternative AC adaptor compatible with that of you provided but we could not find it and therefore we provided a AC adaptor with output nearly same at “DC 9V 1.3A”, We tested the AC adaptor but we found out that the light on it dimly flashing during it was in operation.

※1.8Vという数値はこちらの間違いです。今回の話と全く関係ありませんので、気にしないでください。

他の規格のACアダプターを用意すれば大丈夫なのか、それとも全く同じ規格のACアダプターが必要なのかもよくわかりません。
他に、御社にPSEが表示されているACアダプターを用意してもらうという方法もあると思います。

幾つかオプションがあるかと思います。

We have no idea whether it is possible to use a different adaptor with nearly same output voltage and current rating or it must be exactly identical adaptor in terms of the voltage and current rating. One of the other option, we are thinking, is to let you provide the adaptor with PSE mark affixed.


There may be some other options to solve this issue so we are waiting for some of your advice.

PSEマークは日本の電気安全法適合のマークでそれを取るためには日本で申請しなければなりません。御社が購入した商品付属のアダプターにPSEマークがついていないのは十分納得できます。純粋に日本向けの商品であればそこまで気を使ってPSEマークを取得するのですが、そうでないものは着いていません。日本でちゃんと販売されている互換性があるアダプターを見つける必要があると考えられます。
