※1.8Vという数値はこちらの間違いです。今回の話と全く関係ありませんので、気にしないでください。

他の規格のACアダプターを用意すれば大丈夫なのか、それとも全く同じ規格のACアダプターが必要なのかもよくわかりません。
他に、御社にPSEが表示されているACアダプターを用意してもらうという方法もあると思います。

幾つかオプションがあるかと思います。

In view of the issue mentioned above, we would like to request your technical assistance.

1.8V we previously mentioned is our mistake and nothing to do with this, please ignore it.

We have no idea whether it is possible to use a different adaptor with nearly same output voltage and current rating or it must be exactly identical adaptor in terms of the voltage and current rating. One of the other option, we are thinking, is to let you provide the adaptor with PSE mark affixed.


There may be some other options to solve this issue so we are waiting for some of your advice.
