重複する内容もあるかと思いますが、誤解がないように改めてご説明します。
まず、御社製品に付属していたACアダプターはPSEマークの表示がないので、販売する際に弊社で別のACアダプターに取り替える必要があります。
弊社で交換品を探してみたところ、付属していたACアダプターの規格に合致するものが見つかりません。そこで数値の近い「9V 1.3A」のものを用意しました。
それを使って実際に充電してみると、充電中に点灯するとにわずかに光が点滅してしまいます。
Please let me explain again to avoid misunderstanding, though some explanations may have been done before.
Firstly, the AC adapter coming with your product does not have PSE marking, so it has to be replaced with other AC adapter on our side.
We searched for the replacement, but could not find an AC adapter conforming to the original spec. As such, we procured one with the nearest spec, 9V 1.3A.
If we recharge the device using this adapter, the charging lamp slightly blinks.
この問題を回避する方法を技術的な視点から伺いたい、ということです。
※1.8Vという数値はこちらの間違いです。今回の話と全く関係ありませんので、気にしないでください。
他の規格のACアダプターを用意すれば大丈夫なのか、それとも全く同じ規格のACアダプターが必要なのかもよくわかりません。
他に、御社にPSEが表示されているACアダプターを用意してもらうという方法もあると思います。
幾つかオプションがあるかと思います。

We are not sure whether it is OK if we use other AC adapter with spec, or an AC adapter with the same spec will be required.
Or can you procure an AC adapter with PSE marking ?
