エラーの理由が分かりません。

膨大な「Missing/Invalid: Category」という修正理由でエラーが発生していますが理由が分かりません。
過去に商品をアップする際、テストのtxtを提出させられたが、○○や○○は××のカテゴリで出品しなさいと指示があった。今回、それが全部ダメというエラーがきている。
××というカテゴリは使えないのですか？
それでは○○や○○はどれが適切なカテゴリになるのですか？
それが分からなければ修正のしようがありません。

I don't know why I encounter errors.

I encounter a lot of error messages which say"Missing/Invalid: Category" but I don't know why.
When I uploaded items before, I had to also upload test txt. and I was told to get OO and OO in XX category.
I receive a message that says that's all bad.
Can't I use XX category?
Then, what category would I put OO and OO?
I can't correct anything unless I know these things.

I happened to check the USPS tracking this morning...
and it listed... that on July 9, 2014 the package had
"INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" information listed on it
and it was being returned to "YOU" in Japan. I had to
travel over 45 minutes to the post office to show the
my ID to "STOP" them from returning/shipping the guitar
back to you. You really need to check this stuff out before
you go shipping things out... especially when your dealing
with foreign country.

Hello Thank you for sending the case. It was delivered yesterday, in perfect condition.The colour of the case however is Brown, i was expecting the case to be Black as in your sample photos. Am i right to think the Black case in the photos were for the reissue SG guitars of the 1990's > and the Brown cases were for the reissues of the 2000's >. I love the case and will keep it, i have two SG'S in the same Brown cases in my collection. Perhaps i should have contacted you just to make sure the case you were sending me was a Black one.
P.S. I am looking for a LEFT HANDED YAMAHA SG1000/2000 IN CHERRY SUNBURST IN VERY GOOD CONDITION is there any chance there might be one somewhere in JAPAN.
