I have sent multiple emails to seller receiving approval for return and agreement for refund. Seller is not responsive, for one week's time. I sent them confirmation the product was returned, but the seller disputes the item was returned. I did a further check with Japan EMS to find the problem. The Japan EMS says the address printed on the Amazon return label is not a valid address. This is the address provided by the seller. If the delivery failed because the seller provided an illegitimate address, they should be responsible. Thank you for your consideration. Michael

I received a claim from a customer when I sent the product.
The claim was that this product should be sold as a bunch, not only one.

I thought the product on this catalog is for only one, so I sent the customer only one.
I don't understand why this product is sold by case.

Is this product sold by case?
If so, how many should be in one case?

Or, should this be sold one each?

Please check as soon as possible.

In fact we made two invoices, one with actural value for the apply to the customs in Taiwan.
The other we made total amount is USD80.00 for custom clearance in Japan, thus seems the shipping agent not handled the order as what we wished,I will communicate with the agent and see what they say.

Regarding this transaction

At the point of purchase, the product page showed that the item can be shipped to Japan. However after purchase, the transaction page shows that the item cannot be shipped to Japan.

I sent email 3 times to the Seller regarding this issue, but have not received any response yet.

For the reason above, this product will be canceled.
