商品名は4冊セットとなっており、お客様に誤解を与える不適切なページとなっていますので

This item is a set of 4 copies of the books.
As the picture image attached shows, the picture of 4 copies of the books has been registered as the main picture.
However, the picture of the current item page is the picture of each book separately.
The main picture had been the one for 4 copies of the books yesterday, but it was suddenly changed to the picture of one book.
Is this due to a system error?
The item name still suggests that the item is a set of 4 books. So it is not an appropriate page because it would mislead customers.

到着した商品には、明らかな不具合がありました

・ケースが亀裂程度ではなく非常に大きく破損しています。しかも、上蓋は割れていないのにも関わらず不自然です。

・機関車のバッファ部品が１つ足りません。

・車体の形に合わせ成型された車両本体を保持する内側の薄いプラスチックの素材が、両端とも完全に破損しています。


画像には機関車しか映っておらず、ケースの状態はわかりません。
また、バッファが全部揃っているかどうかも判別できない画像です。

The item which was delivered to me obviously had a damage.

- The case was seriously damaged. It was nit just a crack. In addition, the top rid seems unnatural despite that it is not broken.

- One of the buffer parts of the locomotive is missing.

- The thin plastic inner materials, which holds the car body, in the both edges which are molded so that it fits the shape of the body are completely broken/

The image picture only shows the locomotive, and we cannot see the condition of the case.
Also we cannot see if all of buffers are there in the picture, either.

It is obviously incorrect that you described the condition of the item is brand new.

Manufacturer Part Numberはそれぞれ「１１１１」と「２２２２」です。
この二つを記入するのですか？
それともやはり、この場合はGTIN exemptionが必要ですか？
