1）昨日24本しかお届けできていない旨のメールを
頂いた際に、4/19の請求を一旦キャンセルとさせて
頂いてました。

2）そして、24本の再送が完了した時点で

What we did on April 26th was just "confirming the availability and credential of the credit card" before billing.

3) But, we received that double settlement happened, so that we made inquiry to Rakuten Management Department. They told below.

It turned out that, in case of only debit card, the system withdraws the money from the account right after confirming the credential of the card right away.

As my recognition was not enough, I caused such double settlement this time.

in order to avoid such trouble when I make billing to customers.

According to the chart, the US size 11 is equivalent to Asia size 29cm.
The size of most of the items we are selling is between 26cm and 26.5cm(which is 8 - 8,5 in US size), so they might be too small for you.

We have only one 30cm (US size 12) sandal. But, the width is a little different from US products even if the height is the same 30cm. The width is 4,3inch.
