昨年12月12日に1回目の注文をしましたが、キャンセル処理されました。
貴社にキャンセル理由を問い合わせた際、「注文商品の内、出荷不可の商品が含まれているためキャンセルした。こちらには、どの商品が該当するのか不明なため、日本の税関に直接問い合わせてもらいたい。」旨の回答でした。
私の方で日本の税関に問合わせしたところ、「野生のバニラがワシントン条約で輸出入規制の対象」のため下記商品1点が規制対象に該当する可能性が考えられる」とのことでした。
I placed the first order on December 12, 2017, but it was cancelled.
I asked you for the reason of cancellation, and the response was that "The order was cancelled since there was an item which was not allowed to be shipped. As we could not specify which one it is, we would like you to directly contact to the Japanese customs".
As I inquired to the Japanese customs, I was advised that "the wild vanilla is subject to the export compliance under the Washington Convension, so the following item may fall under the restriction.
I placed an ordered for the first time on 12th December last year but it was canceled by you.
When I inquired the reason for cancellation to your company your reply was "we canceled because it contains products that can not be shipped as ordered. We do not know which item cannot be shipped so please confirm with the Japanese customs directly."
When I contacted the customs office in Japan, I was told that "wild vanilla is subject to import and export regulations under the Washington Convention" so one of the following items should be it.

2回目~4回目の注文は、「French Vanilla Creme」を除外して注文しているので
問題の無いはずですが、いずれもキャンセル処理されました。
2月20日に、5回目の注文をしましたが、今日現在、手続きが進んでいない状況です。
規制対象の商品は除外していますので、出荷手続きを進めて頂きたいのですが、
ご確認いただけますでしょうか。
貴社サイトは、i-herbで取扱いのない商品が色々あって、今後継続的に利用させていただきたいので、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
Although we ordered the fifth times on 20 February, at the moment today, its process is not going on.
As we will exclude products subject to regulations, we would like you go on shipping process.
There are various not i-herb dealing products on your site, and we would like to continue purchasing from you in the future.
