先日の面接の報告です。2社面談をうけました。医療機器ディストリビューターと医療用レーザーのメーカーです。
まず医療用ディストリビューターは二次面接後、合格しました。驚いたことに、本来計画している新営業所設立とは別に、私の住む町に私のために営業所を設立してくれるそうです。これには驚きましたが、結果的に私はお断りしました。社長も魅力的な方でしたし、待遇もかなり良かったのですが、業務内容に明るい未来を感じなかったからです。

Here is the update of my interviews the other day: I had two interviews; one with a medical device distributor and the other with a medical laser manufacturer.
I got the position after the second interview with the former. To my surprise, besides the launch of new business office which is originally planned, they will set up another business office in my town for me. It was a total surprise but I ended up rejecting the offer in the end. Although the president was a very attractive person, and my salary package was pretty well, but I did not feel a prosperous future in their business contents.

At first, I could pass the medical distributor after taking the second interview. Mr.A、秘密の友人として一つ教えてください。
この先一年は日本で新たな展開を始めるのは難しい事はわかりました。
伺いたいのは、いつか始める時が来たら、私ではなく別の日本人マネージャーを改めて募集したいと考えていますか？

This is a new manufacturer which was established two years ago by a Japanese business entity, they are looking for positive sales forces who can cultivate the new business opportunities and their business content is what I want.
