If you wish to do so, I am going to leave your company behind for now and challenge to go for another Stoma manufacturer. Of course what we have done in the past are all confidential, but it is the most regretful choice for me for sure.
Although I understand you cannot commit as a company as you say, but at least I would like to hear your personal thoughts if possible. I would be happier if you could tell me straight forward.
