アカウント◯と◯を使用しております◯◯と申します。
この度上記二つのアカウントを使用して同じセラーから三点同じ商品を購入しました。
三点の商品それぞれにUSPSの追跡番号が送られてきていたため、到着を待っていましたが、一向に商品が到着しません。
追跡番号を確認したところ、全て「delivered」となっておりましたが、一つも受け取っておりません。
配送先を間違えている可能性がございましたので、セラーに状況を確認しようと
This time I used the above 2 accounts to purchase 3 items from the same seller.
I was given the USPS tracking number for each of the 3 items so I waited for their arrival but absolutely none arrived.
When I checked the tracking number, all of them have been "delivered" but I didn't receive a single one.
It's possible that a mistake was made on the delivery address so you must check the status with the seller.
I bought three pieces of the same items from the same seller by using the two accounts mentioned above.
I received three tracking numbers of USPS for the three items respectively, so I had been waiting for their arrival. But none of them have been delivered to me.
When I confirmed with those tracking numbers, all the status were "delivered", but actually I have not received any of them.
The destination address possibly might have been incorrect, so I tried to contact the seller to confirm the status,

アカウントが削除されているということは、セラーはebay上で何かポリシー違反をしていたのでしょうか?
もしそうだった場合、今回意図的に商品が届かない可能性がございます。
今回の全ての商品が3辺が100cmほどある大きな荷物になっておりますが、
追跡番号を調べるとステータスが「Delivered in Mailbox(郵便箱に入れた)」となっております。
Is the account deletion due to the seller making some policy violation in ebay?
If that's the case, it's possible that this time the items were not sent intentionally.
All of the items are large with the 3 edges as long as 100 cm but the status of the tracking number is "Delivered in Mailbox (entered in the mailbox)".
The fact that the account was deleted means that the seller had infringed some eBay policy?
If so, it would be possible that the items could not intentionally be delivered to me.
All of the items are packed in a pretty big boxes whose height, width and depth are about 100cm, but I realized the delivery status is indicated as "Delivered in Mailbox" when I referred to the tracking numbers.
郵便箱に入るサイズではないため、実際に商品を送っていた場合このステータスになるのはおかしいと思います。
最初から商品を送るつもりはなく、それでもebayのルールに則って追跡番号を送るために、セラーが意図的に商品ではなく、何も入っていない封筒などを送っている可能性がございます。
セラーがすでにebayでアカウントを削除されているという点も考慮した上で、もう一度調査いただきご返金の方お願い致します。
It's possible that from the start the seller didn't intend to send the items, or in order to give the the tracking number according to ebay rules, the seller intentionally sent an envelope or something without the items or anything in it.
Due to the seller's account being deleted from ebay, I ask that it be investigated one more time and I can get a refund.
I guess seller doesn't plan to send items and deliberately send the empty envelope instead of items to follow ebay's rule to send tracking numbers.
Please consider about refund again as seller has already deleted ebay account .
I am afraid the seller was not going to send items to me from the beginning, so the seller might have sent empty envelopes instead of actual items in order to get the tracking numbers following the rule of eBay.
Please investigate this case again and issue a refund to me, considering the fact that the eBay account of the seller had been removed already.
