Yesterday. I had a meeting discussing how we go through ERP in the group of Company A after now on with key members in financial team of the headquarters of Company A.

（１）チームの一部からは、これまでA社の要望に対するＩＢＭの対応が悪かったことから、A社グループ全体の導入に向けては、もう少し時間をかけて検討する必要がある、との意見が出された。
しかし、私は、A社のグローバル・ビジネスのスピードが速い事、及び、ＩＢＭの対応が大幅に改善されたことを踏まえれば、早期のＥＲＰの導入が必要である事を主張し、メンバーから了解された。

1. Regarding how to handle ERP of IBM in the administrative managers meeting (planned on August 23rd.)
(1) Some part of the team members mentioned that we need consider the introduction towards whole group of Company A further because the support of IBM toward the request from Company A has not been very good so far.
But I insisted that we need to introduce ERP as soon as possible because the speed of global business of Company A is very fast, and because the support of IBM has been dramatically improved, Then my assertion has been approved by the members.
