A社 のＸプロジェクトについて、報告します。
昨日、私は、A社本社の財務チームの主要メンバーと、A社グループにおける今後のＥＲＰの進め方について打ち合わせをしました。
その結論を以下の通り報告します。なお、この内容については、社外には絶対秘密にしてください。
私は、今後とも、テストが順調に進むよう調整を図るとともに、総務部長会議でＩＢＭのＥＲＰが正式に推奨され、A社グループ全体に導入されるように、引き続き全力で働きかけて行きます。

Yesterday I held a meeting with the key members of the finance team at A's headquarters concerning the future ERP procedure at A group.
Please find the below conclusion, and the details are strictly confidential.
While coordinating the smooth test progress, I will continue my very best so the IBM's ERP will be officially recommended at the general affair's managers meeting and wholly introduced to A group.
１．総務部長会議（8月23日開催予定）でのＩＢＭのＥＲＰの扱いについて
（１）チームの一部からは、これまでA社の要望に対するＩＢＭの対応が悪かったことから、A社グループ全体の導入に向けては、もう少し時間をかけて検討する必要がある、との意見が出された。
しかし、私は、A社のグローバル・ビジネスのスピードが速い事、及び、ＩＢＭの対応が大幅に改善されたことを踏まえれば、早期のＥＲＰの導入が必要である事を主張し、メンバーから了解された。
1. IBM's ERP at the general affairs managers meeting (Aug. 23rd)
(1) Raised from a part of the team was the opinion to spend more time to consider the holistic A group's introduction since IBM did not handle A's request appropriately.
Nonetheless, by pointing out A's rapid global business growth I insisted the early ERP introduction is necessary considering IBM's major improvement, which was acknowledged by the members.
（２）ＳＡＰからの安い価格の提案に対して、前向きに検討をすべきである、との意見があった。
これに対し、私は、私がAキャピタル社で、財務管理、ＳＡＰよりＩＢＭが優れているという理由から、ＩＢＭを選定した経緯を説明した。これにより、メンバーは、ＩＢＭを推奨する事を了承しました。
（３）テストに関しては、現時点での評価は概ね問題はない、との認識で一致した。
（４）この結果、現時点では、総務部長会議でＩＢＭを推薦することを確認した。
（但し、社内稟議等があるので、これは最終決定ではない。）
(2) Another opinion referred to an optimistic consideration for SAP's reasonable proposal.
For this, I explained IBM is superior to SAP from my experience at A capital company when the financial management was conducted. Members accepted my explanation and decided to go with IBM.
(3) Regarding the test, it was agreed that evaluation at the moment has no issued for the most part.
(4) As a result, we have confirmed that IBM is going to be recommended by the general affairs managers meeting at the moment.
(However, this is not an ultimate decision since they will circulate an internal memo on this)
